Processed Shipments

You will receive an email notification from your Chamber when the certificates you have submitted have been approved or rejected. Your Chamber may Approve or Reject your certificate, depending on the information supplied by you. The certificate will appear in the Processed Shipments screen.

By default when you access this screen only the certificates that you are the owner of and are 30 days old will be displayed.

The Processed Submissions screen is made up of a Search section and a results list section. In this instance, the search Status is set as Processed. You can also search for approved, rejected, processed or all certificates.

Search results can be filtered according to the chamber that the certificates have been submitted to, the user ‘Signatory’ that submitted them, the Exporter Reference, Certificate Number, Invoice Number, Shipment Creation Date and Submission Type.

Enter the information you wish to search by and click on the search button.

The Results list section displays the status of the shipments. The column marks the replaced processed submissions with (R) for easy identification.

Click on Processed Shipments and locate the documents according to their Approved or Rejected Status. If the chamber has rejected the submission you will need to make the changes in the documents required, upload them and resubmit the same documents again. The system will generate a unique certificate number for each resubmission, if your Chamber is configured for the same at the Umbrella Body level.
